Welcome to Kenyan Crossword. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our crossword puzzle platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
By creating an account, playing puzzles, or otherwise using Kenyan Crossword, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kenyan Crossword.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service and accept these Terms.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If we discover that you do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately.

You may use the Service as a guest without creating an account, subject to daily puzzle limits. Guest progress is not saved permanently and may be lost if you clear your browser data.
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination and potential legal action.
Premium subscriptions cost 299 KES per month and provide unlimited puzzle access, enhanced hints, offline play, and other premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled.
Payments are processed securely through IntaSend. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method (M-Pesa or credit/debit card) monthly until you cancel. All fees are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods, but no refunds are provided for the current period.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before changes take effect. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your payment method will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
All content on the Service, including but not limited to puzzles, clues, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Kenyan Crossword or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
"Kenyan Crossword" and associated logos are trademarks of Kenyan Crossword. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
If you submit suggestions, feedback, or content to us, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such submissions into the Service without compensation or attribution.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KENYAN CROSSWORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Kenya.
To the extent arbitration does not apply, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kenyan Crossword regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
